Located in the north-central part of Lubbock, this neighborhood features homes built mostly before 1960. With easy access to Texas Tech and the Medical District, Arnett Benson provides it's residents with convenience and culture.

Homes in this neighborhood were generally constructed after 1990. As this area of Lubbock has experienced a tremendous amount of growth in the last 15 years, the area seems to grow more and more with each year. This neighborhood is located on the southwest side of Lubbock.
One of the hottest neighborhoods in Lubbock right now, this area is located for the most part within walking distance of Texas Tech University.
