The value of integrity
These days, honesty seems to be hard to find.
Simply put, there are 2 different types of home inspectors.
1. - Honest, that bases their business and future on serving their client. This means that regardless of whether the home sells or not, their interest is based fully on delivering a complete report to their client.
2. -Shady, bases their business on helping the home sell & helping those whom expect to derive income from the sale of the property. Helping themselves increase their business by providing a less than complete report to their client in exchange for referrals and increased business later from those same people that expect to derive income from the sale of the property.
Business that has been come by honestly is always worth more in the long run.
